Last Monday, I invited you to attend the Kurilpa Group Annual Reporting Presentation from 6-7pm on Monday, 17 July, at the Den.

As the invitation went out during the school holidays, I thought I would send a reminder in case you didn’t receive the original invitation.

ARPs are important because we report back to parents, friends, members and neighbours on what we’ve achieved in the previous 12 months, as well as looking ahead to the year to come.

This time, we will need to review term fees, which have remained the same level for a long time, and look at where we need volunteering assistance.

Monday will be an all group event night, with activities for Joeys and Cubs commencing at 5.45 and other age sections starting at their normal times.

Our youth members will deliver many of the reports because we are a youth-led organisation, and from what I have seen, it promises to be entertaining.

Refreshments will be provided following the ARP. If you are able to provide food and drinks, please bring your contribution to the Den around 5.30.
