Hello all families,
I am seeking a volunteer to run a session on basic first aid for the scout section.
Normally we ask Qld ambulance, but they have stopped all community engagement right now.
Just a short session, covering things like; how to control bleeding, treatment of minor wounds, heat exhaustion and hyperthermia. Definitely not a full first aid course.
This is to tick of achievements in the OAS record book. So technically, any section can benefit.
And of course, we will be doing the session online :-)
Is there anyone you know who has some skills and the free time to help out?
